Vereda dos Balcões

The short walk from Ribeiro Frio to the Balcões viewpoint over the Ribeira da Metade valley, 1.5 km each way and three in total. It is almost level, between 880 m and 870 m, and IFCN grades it easy with an hour and a half allowed. It is the least demanding way to see the central peaks from close range.
