Suspect in Stabbing Incident in Fundoa Faces Judicial Interrogation
A 38-year-old man suspected of stabbing his wife in Fundoa appeared for a judicial interrogation, facing charges related to domestic violence.
In a disturbing incident that has captured the attention of both locals and tourists in Madeira, a 38-year-old man was brought before the Tribunal Judicial da Comarca da Madeira for a judicial interrogation. He is suspected of stabbing his 28-year-old wife on Sunday afternoon in Fundoa, a residential area in Funchal.
The incident, which took place on Rua Mestre SidĂłnio, has been described as an act of domestic violence, highlighting ongoing issues within the community regarding family safety and violence. The victim sustained injuries to one of her legs and was treated at the hospital, from where she has since been discharged.
