On April 29th, Madeira's Bartolomeu Perestrelo School hosted a delegation from Seville as part of an Erasmus+ job shadowing initiative. This visit aims to enhance international collaboration and educational practice sharing.

Madeira's Bartolomeu Perestrelo Elementary School extended a warm welcome on April 29th to a Spanish delegation from Seville under the Erasmus+ program. This initiative, focused on 'Job Shadowing,' serves as a platform for internationalization and sharing of educational methodologies.

The visiting team included two advisors from the Centro de Formación de Profesores Castilleja de la Cuesta in Seville. Their participation is part of a broader project titled 'New Horizons in Continuous Teacher Training: Building Professional Networks and Promoting Sustainability,' aimed at fostering international cooperation in educational development.

Erasmus+, the EU's program to support education, training, youth, and sport in Europe, facilitates such exchanges to enhance educational and cultural ties across borders. The visit to Madeira is part of a strategy to build professional networks and encourage the exchange of sustainable educational practices.

This event marks a significant step in Madeira's ongoing efforts to integrate global educational standards and practices, benefiting both local educators and students by providing broader perspectives and innovative teaching strategies.
