On August 14, a cyclist was injured in a collision with a car in Gaula, resulting in facial abrasions. The man was promptly attended to by the Santa Cruz Fire Brigade and taken to the hospital for further treatment.
A day earlier, on August 13, a motorcyclist aged 39 was involved in a crash with a car inside the Engenheiro Jaime Ornelas Camacho Tunnel. The individual sustained abdominal injuries and was subsequently hospitalized.
In another incident the same day, a 54-year-old man lost control of his motorcycle at the Nazaré roundabout, resulting in a dislocated shoulder. Emergency services were quick to respond, providing medical assistance and transporting him to the hospital.
Furthermore, a 26-year-old motorcyclist suffered injuries after colliding with a car on Avenida Calouste Gulbenkian.
