In a proactive measure to ensure the safety and preparedness of Madeira's rural areas, Micaela Fonseca de Freitas, the Regional Secretary for Health and Civil Protection, visited the teams responsible for fire surveillance and combat in Lombo dos Ganchos, Jardim da Serra, Câmara de Lobos. Accompanied by Luís Vieira, a member of the SRPC Madeira, she observed the operational activities on the ground.
