Recent Departures in Madeira's Community: Remembering Lives Well Lived

Celestino José de Castro, a long-time resident of Caminho da Pedra Mole in Porto Moniz, passed away on May 31, 2026. His funeral was held on June 2, with a mass at the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição. His family, including his wife, children, and many relatives, expressed gratitude for the support received during this difficult time. A 7th-day memorial mass is planned for June 6.
