The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) has launched a new charity campaign titled "MUCH MORE than the national team's bracelet." This initiative aims to turn the support for the national football team into a significant contribution to a social cause. The campaign is designed to aid the Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro, a prominent cancer support organization in Portugal.
In the coming days, official replicas of the bracelets worn by the national team's players will be available for purchase at Continente stores. The bracelet, which will be worn by all players during the competition, was highlighted by the Portuguese international player Vitinha.
Each bracelet is priced at one euro, with fifty cents from each sale being donated directly to the Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro. This initiative not only supports the national team but also contributes to a vital cause, reinforcing community and social responsibility.
In addition to this campaign, the local branch of the Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro is organizing a concert featuring the band D’Repente. This event aims to further gather support and raise awareness for the fight against cancer.
