The Rali da Calheta, a significant motorsport event on Madeira Island, was organized by Club Sports da Madeira. It drew numerous participants and spectators, eager to witness the thrilling competition.
Consistent Performance Yields Victory
Nunes's performance throughout the race was marked by consistency and precision, allowing him to maintain a lead over his rivals. He eventually finished 30.5 seconds ahead of Miguel Caires and Marco Macedo, who also drove a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, concluding with a time of 51:33.5.
The final podium position was claimed by Alexandre Camacho, further establishing the dominance of the Škoda vehicles in this year's rally.

During the penultimate section of the rally, Nunes managed to extend his lead to 20.8 seconds, which he further expanded by the end of the competition. This consistent performance underscored his prowess and strategic acumen.
