In a significant milestone for the city of Funchal, the BalcĂŁo do Investidor, or the Investor's Desk, celebrated its 11th anniversary by setting a new record with 4,886 appointments in 2025. Other notable projects include the Montras Funchal em Flor and Montras de Natal, which celebrate local culture and history, and the Lojas com HistĂłria program, which honors iconic establishments in the region. These initiatives not only enhance the local economy but also enrich the cultural fabric of Funchal.
