During his visit to Expomadeira, an annual event showcasing local businesses and innovation, Maciel emphasized the importance of the business sector in sustaining the island's economic momentum.
Maciel, accompanied by members of his department and regional directors, expressed admiration for the vitality, innovation, and resilience demonstrated by Madeira's entrepreneurs. He noted that the island has been experiencing its best economic period in recent history, with 60 consecutive months of growth.
The Regional Secretary's visit to Expomadeira served as both an acknowledgment of the hard work of local businesses and a call to action for continued collaboration between the government and the private sector.
