University of Madeira Opens Applications for Over-23 Entrance Exams

The University of Madeira (UMa) has officially opened the application process for its entrance exams aimed at individuals over the age of 23. This initiative, which runs until April 20, 2026, offers a unique opportunity for those who did not complete higher education to pursue academic qualifications.

Eligible candidates are those who have turned 23 by December 31, 2025, and do not possess a qualification that grants access to higher education. This program is designed to assess knowledge and competencies through a series of evaluation exams known as Provas de Avaliação de Conhecimentos e Competências (PACC).
