On April 28, a serious medical emergency occurred when a man suffered a cardiac arrest on Travessa dos Reis in Funchal. Thanks to the rapid intervention of both the EMIR and the Madeira Volunteer Firefighters, he was successfully resuscitated and transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital.
