According to a statement from the parish, these tours took place on Monday, with an additional tour scheduled for the Casa-Museu Frederico de Freitas on the following day. The events were expertly guided by technicians from the Regional Directorate of Culture, who aimed to provide visitors with an in-depth understanding of the cultural wealth and historical significance of these museums.
International Museum Day, celebrated annually on May 18th, aims to raise awareness about the importance of museums as critical institutions for cultural exchange, enrichment, and development of mutual understanding, cooperation, and peace among people.
