Porto Santo Line adds two extra sailings on Sunday 15 November
Madeira GuideA midday crossing from Porto Santo and an afternoon one from Funchal join the ferry timetable for 15 November, giving travellers between the islands more choice.
Porto Santo Line will run two extra sailings between Funchal and Porto Santo on Sunday 15 November. The Lobo Marinho ferry will make four crossings that day, two in each direction, according to DN Madeira.
The ferry leaves Funchal for Porto Santo at 08:00 and 16:00, and leaves Porto Santo for Funchal at 12:00 and 20:00. The 16:00 and 12:00 sailings are the extra ones, according to Funchal NotĂcias.
The company told DN Madeira that the extra sailings strengthen the sea link between the two islands and give more options to people who want to visit Porto Santo.
Porto Santo Line answers on 291 210 300 and on WhatsApp at 962 025 500, every day from 9:00 to 19:00 except public holidays.
This site reported earlier this month that the Lobo Marinho ferry was returning to the Porto Santo route.
