For the first time, Madeira joins the global celebration of World Creativity Day, featuring the 'Creativity Village' in Funchal from April 19-24.

Madeira, a vibrant island known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes, is making its debut at the World Creativity Day this year. Scheduled from April 19 to 24, the event will transform various locations in Funchal, the island's capital, into a bustling hub of creativity and innovation.

The highlight of this celebration is the 'Creativity Village' set up at the NĂșcleo MuseolĂłgico de SĂŁo Filipe. This initiative aligns with the globally recognized World Creativity and Innovation Day, celebrated annually on April 21, as endorsed by the United Nations.

The official launch of Madeira's edition took place on April 8 at the NĂșcleo MuseolĂłgico de SĂŁo Filipe in Funchal. This museum, a focal point for cultural and historical exhibitions, will serve as the centerpiece for the island's creative showcase.

Madeira's participation marks a significant step in promoting the island as a hub for creative and cultural events. The World Creativity Day is renowned as the largest collaborative creativity initiative worldwide, aiming to inspire and engage communities.
