On March 28, 2026, Diogo Gomes, the councilor responsible for human resources at the Funchal City Council, visited the center to commemorate this achievement. The Loja do Munícipe has become a cornerstone for residents, offering a wide array of public services efficiently and effectively.

Commitment to Service Quality

The commitment of the Funchal City Council (CMF) to enhance service quality is evident in the continuous investment in employee training and resource development. This dedication ensures that the services provided are not only efficient but also meet international standards, as evidenced by their ISO 9001 quality certification renewed in December 2025.

In the first quarter of 2026 alone, the center has already served 20,550 citizens, with an average wait time of just over six minutes. These statistics illustrate the center's efficiency and the dedication of its staff.
