Porto Santo's kart track at Penedo do Sono, and the only motorised attraction of its kind on the smaller island.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday, with an hour off for lunch in the middle of the day, so it is a morning or a late-afternoon plan. No age or height rule is published anywhere reachable, and neither is a price - the only source that carries anything at all is the municipality's own page. It is outdoors, so rain ends it.

Worth knowing: Phone before you go, particularly if the children are small: nobody publishes the minimum age or height, and the gate shuts for lunch from 13:30 to 14:30 - the hour that catches out day-trippers off the morning ferry.
