Vereda do Túnel do Cavalo

A 2.3 km connection from the Caldeira leisure area on the Estrada Roberto Monteiro to the Rabaçal house, allowed 45 minutes. The name refers to the tunnel the path runs through, and the altitude hardly changes, from 1055 m to 988 m. IFCN publishes no difficulty grade for this route.
