Cloudy Skies and Light Showers Forecast for Madeira

Madeira residents and visitors should prepare for a cloudy Monday as the weather forecast predicts generally overcast skies and a chance of light showers, especially in the northern parts and mountainous areas of the island. The winds will be light to moderate, coming from the north and northeast, with speeds reaching up to 25 km/h.
In Funchal, the capital of Madeira, similar weather conditions are expected, with heavily clouded skies and a slight chance of light rain. Winds in Funchal will be weaker, staying under 15 km/h.
As for maritime conditions, the northern coast will see waves from the north ranging between 2 to 3 meters, which will later decrease to waves from the northwest measuring between 2 to 2.5 meters.
