Sabores no Museu: Escarpiada Tasting

Join the gastronomic-cultural event 'Sabores no Museu' at the Madeira Ethnographic Museum, where you can taste the traditional 'escarpiada' with gaiado de escabeche. This session is led by Sandra Cardoso, known as 'A biqueira', who brings her adaptation of this age-old dish. The escarpiada is a thin bread made from cornmeal, historically a staple in Porto Santo, typically served with sun-dried fish.
