The event will welcome 23 confrades from culinary guilds in Belgium, Spain, France, and Switzerland, along with 29 confrades from 13 national guilds across Portugal. Additionally, 34 members from the Confraria Enogastronómica da Madeira, accompanied by their guests, will participate in the festivities.

- April 25: Reception at Câmara Municipal de Câmara de Lobos followed by a Welcome Dinner at Restaurante O Lagar.
- April 26: Mass at Igreja de São João Evangelista, followed by a reception at the Gare Marítima do Porto do Funchal, a formal session, and a parade of guilds to Forte de São Tiago, concluding with lunch at the Restaurante do Forte.
- April 27: Reception at Câmara Municipal do Porto Moniz and a traditional Panelo lunch at Chão da Ribeira.
