Maria Lurdes da Silva Serrão: A Life Well Lived

Maria Lurdes da Silva Serrão, of Vereda da Amoreira, Lombo do Doutor in Calheta, passed away on April 24, 2026. Her funeral will take place on April 25, 2026, with services starting at the Hospital dos Marmeleiros-Monte and proceeding to the Capela de Cristo Rei. Her family thanks the medical staff of the Centro de Saúde da Calheta and the Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça for their care and dedication.

Adelina Batista Rodrigues: Cherished in Camacha

The community of Camacha mourns the loss of Adelina Batista Rodrigues, who passed on April 23, 2026. Funeral services are scheduled for April 24, 2026, at the cemetery chapel in Camacha. Her family, deeply appreciative of the support they've received, invites friends and relatives to join the 7th-day mass to honor her memory.
