This initiative is spearheaded by the National Road Safety Authority (ANSR) and aligns with the European Commission's road safety policy, the Stockholm Declaration, and the Safe System approach.
The 'Vision Zero 2030' strategy aims to eliminate road deaths and serious injuries, emphasizing shared responsibility among road users, infrastructure managers, vehicle manufacturers, law enforcement, and emergency services. The strategy is structured around five key pillars to achieve its ambitious goals.
