José Luís Vasconcelos de Freitas, a resident of Caminho Fonte dos Almocreves in the parish of Lombada, Santa Cruz, passed away on December 31, 2025. His funeral will take place at the Capela de São Pedro, with a service at 3:00 PM, followed by burial at the local cemetery. The family has expressed gratitude for the support during this difficult time and invites the community to a 7th-day memorial mass on January 3, 2026.

José Firmino de Gouveia Costa, from Rua do Lazareto in São Gonçalo, passed away on December 30, 2025. His funeral service is scheduled for January 2, 2026, at the Capela do Cemitério de Nossa Senhora das Angústias in São Martinho, where he will be cremated. A 7th-day mass will be held at the Sé Cathedral in Funchal on January 4, 2026.

João Gregório Rodrigues de Freitas, a resident of the Larano area in Porto da Cruz, also passed on December 30, 2025. His funeral arrangements are still to be confirmed, but will occur at the Novo Cemitério Municipal do Porto da Cruz. His family appreciates the condolences and support from the community.
