Man Assaulted at Mercado dos Lavradores

On the night of April 2, a 32-year-old man was attacked at the Mercado dos Lavradores, a popular market in Funchal known for its vibrant atmosphere and local produce. The man was promptly assisted by the Bombeiros Voluntários Madeirenses and transported to Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça for further treatment. The incident occurred around 11 PM and has raised concerns about public safety in the area.

Car Accident at Calçada da Encarnação

On April 3, a car accident took place on Calçada da Encarnação in Funchal. A 38-year-old man was involved in a single-vehicle accident but managed to exit the vehicle on his own, although he complained of leg pain. The local fire department was quick to respond, providing the necessary assistance and transporting him to Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça.
