The Santa Cruz Municipality in Madeira is taking significant steps to enhance public safety by implementing a surveillance system at critical locations throughout the region. This initiative was a central topic during a recent meeting involving various levels of command from the Public Security Police (PSP).
The meeting included two regional commanders, the commander of the Machico Division, and the commander of the Santa Cruz police station. The presence of these key figures highlights the importance of the initiative and the collaborative approach being taken to ensure the security of the region.
In addition to discussing the surveillance system, the meeting also served as an opportunity for the presentation of greetings to the new executive, indicating a fresh phase of governance and proactive measures in Santa Cruz.
