Currently, the Nini Design Center proposes a monthly rental fee of €4,100, excluding VAT, for the continued use of this historic site. This proposal was officially announced by the APRAM - Administração dos Portos da Região Autónoma da Madeira, through a public notice in the Jornal Oficial da Região Autónoma da Madeira.
The Forte de Nossa Senhora da Conceição is a notable landmark in Funchal, providing not only cultural and historical value but also serving as a hub for creative and design activities overseen by Nini Design Center.
