The agreement, signed with the Regimento de Guarnição N.º 3, marks the second consecutive year of such collaboration, highlighting an increased commitment to forest protection. Micaela Freitas, the regional secretary for Civil Protection, emphasized that this year has seen a doubling of resources allocated to these efforts.
