Maria Albertina de Carvalho, a resident of Sítio da Igreja in the parish of Água de Pena, Machico, passed away on May 1, 2026. Her funeral is scheduled for May 2, 2026, at the Água de Pena Parish Church, followed by her interment at the Água de Pena Old Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held on May 9, 2026, to honor her memory.
Rosa Perestrelo de Freitas Silva
Rosa Perestrelo de Freitas Silva, who resided on Rua Nossa Senhora de Belém in Porto da Cruz, passed on May 1, 2026. Her funeral took place on the same day at the Novo Cemitério Municipal do Porto da Cruz. The family will hold a seventh-day mass on May 6, 2026, at the Porto da Cruz Parish Church.
Agostinho de Nóbrega Gouveia Marques
Agostinho de Nóbrega Gouveia Marques, a resident of Sítio do Serrado in Porto da Cruz, passed away on April 29, 2026. His funeral was held on April 30, 2026, at the Novo Cemitério Municipal do Porto da Cruz, with a mass for the repose of his soul set for May 3, 2026, at the Porto da Cruz Parish Church.
