She was found on the floor after a fall and was quickly transported to Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital for medical care.

Later that morning, at approximately 5:30 AM, a vehicular accident occurred at the roundabout near Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital. A car overturned, but fortunately, the driver, a man in his 30s, managed to escape unaided. He was assessed on-site by the Bombeiros Sapadores do Funchal and taken to the hospital for further evaluation.

Pedestrian Accident on Avenida Sá Carneiro

Another incident occurred at around 6:20 AM, involving a pedestrian accident on Avenida Sá Carneiro. A 39-year-old man was hit by a vehicle, sustaining minor injuries. The fire brigade provided immediate assistance and transported him to the hospital for treatment.

Car Crash and Fire on Estrada do Lazareto

Adding to the day’s emergencies, a car crash on Estrada do Lazareto resulted in the vehicle catching fire. The driver suffered a head injury when the car veered off the road and collided with a wall. The Bombeiros Voluntários Madeirenses swiftly responded, deploying ten personnel and two vehicles to manage the situation and ensure the driver's safety.
